Rules you should know
•NOTICE TO GUESTS: These properties are privately owned. Owners reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Guests agree to be responsible for any and all losses and/or damages to this rental property.
•KEYS & WRISTBANDS The keys and/or wristbands that you may be issued must be returned as you will be instructed to do. There is a $125.00 lost key charge for any unreturned key and $25.00 for each non-returned wristband .
•CANCELLATIONS: All reservations cancelled are subject to loss of deposit. Entire rent due will be forfeited if unit is not re-rented for lease term.
•RENTAL DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required on all reservations, a reservation made within 30 days of arrival date will require payment in full. All payments must be made by credit card and is due at time of making reservations.
•SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your credit card will be billed for any damages, missing items, long distance calls and any other unauthorized charges to the unit.
•TELEPHONE: All rentals have telephones. The number will be furnished at reservation time. Please bring your telephone credit card. If it is necessary to bill the renter for long distance calls, the renter will be charged the cost of calls plus a $25.00 service charge. All telephone numbers are registered with 911.
•ITEMS LEFT IN PROPERTY:Concepts Property Management, DRBO.NET or American Vacation Network will not be responsible for personal items left in rental property. A $25.00 service charge and mailing costs are required if you request us to mail items left behind. Credit card payment is required in advance.
•PRICES: The prices set on rentals reflect many things including: location, amenities, size, number of guests as well as general condition of the resort unit and furnishings.
