This is a 3 bedroom lockout that can be rented as a 1,2 or 3 bedroom on the 10th floor with an Ocean view.
One of the best in Myrtle Beach, next to Kingston Plantation with full use of Kingston Plantation. Park in the parking deck, a short covered walk to our beautiful lobby, which connects to the Hilton Hotel through a beautiful air-conditioned passageway and the entrance to the outside to a very beautiful water complex and tiki bar. Back at the main lobby, four hi-speed elevators to carry you up to the tenth floor to our double suite with two private entrances. Just down the hall to our unit 1005 and 1005H, well equipped with five televisions when renting all 3 bedrooms. LCD or plasma televisions. THERE IS ONE 37 INCH LCD IN THE ONE BEDROOM SUITE, A 42 INCH PLAZA IN THE LIVING ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM, A 15 INCH IN THE KITCHEN AND A MAGNAVOX 24 INCH WITH BUILT IN VCR AND DVD IN THE SECOND BEDROOM ALL T V HAVE DVD PLAYERS EXCEPT THE KITCHEN AND THE ONE BEDROOM SUITE AND TWO BEDROOM SUITE HAVE STEREOS. You will be amazed at the furnishings and spacious living room, even a separate dining room. Square footage of a full three bedroom home, fully equipped as you would have in your home. All linens and cookware furnished, just bring yourself. There is a Super Wal-Mart for food, clothing and toys just a few blocks away. Many restaurants within a few blocks as well as a Tanger Outlet Mall. This is the best central location in Myrtle Beach. This professionally managed resort offers the amenities and comforts of home for discerning travelers. Located right on a half mile of beautiful beach front, Kingston Plantation is a beautiful large resort that has lots of fun activities and amenities for everyone to enjoy. All of the guests at Kingston Plantation have access to an outdoor pool, fishing, biking, fresh water fishing, and an extensive health club. The health club is available for an extra charge. Freshwater fishing can be found right on property at the on site lake. The resort is large, but there is a complimentary on site shuttle to help make getting around easy. You will also be just minutes away from Tanger Outlet Mall, Barefoot Landing, Carolina, Opry, Dixie Stampede, fine dining, and an amazing array of golfing choices.Please note that pets, motorcycles or trailers are not allowed.

Kingston Plantation will be approximately 1.2 miles on the left.

Travel I-95 South to Dillon, SC. Take Hwy 9 East to North Myrtle Beach, picking up Hwy 31 south, toward Myrtle Beach/Georgetown. Follow Hwy 31 South for 7 miles to Hwy 22 East exit marked Myrtle Beach (left lane). Follow Hwy 22 East, taking Kings Road exit. Turn right at bottom of ramp onto Kings Road and follow for approximately 1.2 miles. Plantation entrance is on the left.

Leaving airport, turn right at first light onto Robert M. Grissom Parkway. Continue approximately 7 miles then merge onto Hwy 31 North. Follow Hwy 31 North for approximately 5 miles to Hwy 22 East. From Hwy 22 take the Kings Road exit, turning right at bottom of ramp. Follow Kings Road for 1.2 miles and the Kingston Plantation entrance is on the left.

Follow Hwy 501, picking up Hwy 31 North just after the Myrtle Beach Factory Stores. Follow Hwy 31 North for approximately 11 miles to Hwy 22 East (toward North Myrtle Beach). From Hwy 22 East, follow the Kings Road exit, turning right at the bottom of the ramp. Follow Kings Road for 1.2 miles and the Kingston Plantation entrance is on the left.

• Alcohol consumption and cooking is confined to inside the condo.
• Vehicle Repairs may not be done on premises.
• Please limit all phone calls to 3 minutes.

•NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Guests agree to be responsible for any and all losses and/or damages to this rental property.
•KEYS The keys that you will be issued must be returned as you will be instructed to do. There is a $125.00 lost key charge for any unreturned key and $25.00.
•CANCELLATIONS: All reservations cancelled are subject to loss of deposit. Entire rent due will be forfeited if unit is not re-rented for lease term.
•RENTAL DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required on all reservations, a reservation made within 30 days of arrival date will require payment in full. All payments must be made by credit card and is due at time of making reservations.
•SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your credit card will be billed for any damages, missing items, long distance calls and any other unauthorized charges to the unit.
•TELEPHONE: All rentals have telephones. The number will be furnished at reservation time. Please bring your telephone credit card. If it is necessary to bill the renter for long distance calls, the renter will be charged the cost of calls plus a $25.00 service charge. All telephone numbers are registered with 911.
•ITEMS LEFT IN PROPERTY:Concepts Property Management Company will not be responsible for personal items left in rental property. A $25.00 service charge and mailing costs are required if you request Concepts Property Management Company to mail items left behind. Credit card payment is required in advance.

#2 Our trip was FANTASTIC
Just wanted to say we had a blast in your home. We had family down for Christmas and the extra room was wonderful, the dining room was a great extra for our family in past years we have stayed in smaller units but yours was just wonderfully large. With room for everyone the Grand kids had the bunks and spent quality time that will be remembered a lifetime. Thanks for the wonderful trip we will see you again Roberta from Alberta Ca.
