7th floor ocean front condo, Splash has 2 large pools, lazy river, kiddie splash play area with dump bucket, slide, water guns etc. Toddler padded play area, Gulf view gym and arcade. This condo can sleep up to 6. Preferably 1-4 adults and 1-4 children. Best comfort may be for 2-3 adults and 2-3 children, the maximum is a total of 6.

You can arrive on the property early and use the pool or beach. Call upon arrival and if your condo is already cleaned we will give you a new door code. Same with departure, the cleaner must be able to get into the condo to clean for the next guest but you can stay on the property later in the day, but just not re-enter the condo. We will send you an entry access code for your stay.

Security deposit
The security deposit is held only on a credit card and not charged unless there is any damage. We ask for partial payment upon booking but if stay is in less than 30 days we ask for full payment.
